One of the first Multi-Specialty walk in clinics (Cardiology, Respiratory, Gynecology, Surgery, Pediatrics, Travel, etc...) in the Greater Toronto Area, established in 1988. At that time, the medical landscape was such that there was a few after hour walk in clinics with patients being forced to make appointments with their own family physicians during the daytime hours and only in afterhours and weekends would they be given access to walk in visits.The management at the Multi-Specialty Walk in Clinic had the vision to provide walk in medical services from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week including all holidays. Since opening the clinic, we have been able to provide this service on a continuous basis to date.

Referrals

All primary and minor emergency cases can walk-in without an appointment during regular hours 8 AM- 7 PM, 7 days a week. For the speciality clinics, a number of them run also on a walk-in basis, but the hours of any individual clinic may vary from day to day, and week to week. General internal medicine, paediatrics and gynaecology is available 7 days a week, and generally from 9 AM to 10 PM. Subspecialties, such as cardiology, respirology, rheumatology, endocrinology, dermatology, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, pain clinic, etc., run 2 to 4 days per week. Patients should contact the clinic for specific hours. Access to any speciality clinic is by referral by family physician. You can have your family physician provide you with such a referral or simply walk into the family practice department of our clinic, and one of the primary care physicians will provide you with referral as he or she sees medical necessary.

We accept referrals from anywhere in the GTA, and outside of the GTA including: Ajax, Aurora, Barrie, Bowmanville, Brampton, Brantford, Brock, Burlington, Caledon, Cambridge, Clarington, East Gwillimbury, East York, Etobicoke, Fort Erie, Georgina, Grimsby, Guelph, Halton Hills, Hamilton, King, Kitchener, Lincoln, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pelham, Peterborough, Pickering, Port Colborne, Richmond Hill, St. Catharines, Scarborough, Scugog, Thornhill, Thorold, Toronto, Uxbridge, Vaughan, Waterloo, Welland, Whitby, Whitchurch-Stouffville, York, etc..
